Well I don’t want to encourage more people to come (kidding) because I liked it sooo much. Why? It’s so close to Amtrak it’s totally easy getting there. It is also off of major thruway. Next it is clean and easy to figure out. It’s easy to check in. The elevators are a bit confusing, though. Ok next you want quiet, you want to sleep — this is the place. It’s great. Next: you’ve travelled all day, like from Denver on Amtrak, so you want a good dinner from a “different” kind of restaurant, but you don’t want to leave the area. Well, just get in the elevator and go to floor 16 and go to Seville. Go out on the roof right next to the Sears Tower (ok ok Willis, I’m 76) and enjoy lake breezes, great cocktails, and outstanding different Mediterranean / Spanish food. Ok now I’ve said it, now you’re going to go on this recommendation, and next time I want to go it’ll be booked up because you read this. Never should have written this 🤣

Front desk attendant Andrew (Drew) was outstanding. Very professional and courteous. He appears ready for new challenges at this property or other Hilton brands. A strong asset for this hotel. I liked having a recycle bin in the room. Location was great. Coffee was excellent downstairs. Buffet food attendant on the morning of the 7th of September was very good.

I love staying here while I’m in town for the weekend. It’s so close to the Amtrak station and other downtown attractions. I rarely ever half to call an uber unless I’m going somewhere farther than a 25/30 minute walk. The service is always great and I love that they hold your luggage if you have train leaving later in the day, or get there earlier than checkin.

The location is great if you take the Amtrak to Chicago. It's an easy walk from Union Station. In fact, we walked to many attractions from the hotel including Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and the Art Institute. The neighborhood had many restaurants and public transportation stops. The room was comfortable and large and we slept well.

Its location right next to the Willis tower makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. On walking or Divvy (biking) distance from the river, Millennium Park, Union Station, the West Loop and other hotspots. A lot of windows made the room very light and a pleasant place to stay. The blinds do a great job keeping that light out at night.
